Yes and I even have the strangers rifle but I can't find the grimmore for it

Dude, I just went through all weapons grimoire cards and theres no card for it... You get cards 4 exotic weapons ONLY and they don't give u any grimoire

There is no Grimoire Card for the Stranger's Rifle. You might've confused it with the Fate of all Fools exotic card.
