No it leads me to think you need to go back to math class. 80% of every registered copy have not raided and never will under the current system.
A better way of putting it, 18 million people bought this game, 3 million individuals play it every day. Does that mean 15 million players already left? Or does it mean everyone only plays a day per week roughly? Either way, EXTREMELY bad numbers, all showing it was about time they finally started caring about the 80%

Since the 17 million is old news. It's probably closer to 20 million in all reality.

Good job ignoring the 70% don't own [b]one[/b] exotic part. As in, 3 out of 10 actually earned the 13, I believe, strange coins it takes to buy one piece of exotic gear. Even playing only one day a week, they would more than that amount in maybe one month.

I know a lot of people who have tons of coins but no exotics. Don't ask me why. I don't understand that one either.
