As long as they don't charge for the raid later on, I'm fine. It may be similar to the vault of glass and released a few weeks after release.

It will come with the comet so we will have to pay for it. So instead of having 4 raids when comet comes out we will only have 3...

I think they'll drop it in July to cushion the gap between HoW and Comet. Plus, it gives them more time to work on it. I think they made a great decision. If they released it all now, we'd be looking at a horrible gap from May to September, much like TDB to HoW.
