He's not complaining about someone having a better weapon than him, he is pointing out a glitch that needs to be fixed. (Idk if it's true tho) however I don't agree with the "cheating" part. It's just a mistake made by bungie

It's not a glitch. The damage burst is from no zoomed headshots. When someone slaps me with 2 like that I applaud their dedication, takes time to learn how fondle the beast that is the last word.
