So I'm cooking dinner, chopping up some vegetables. I turn to the sink to wash off the knife but all of a sudden a random person jumps through my window lodging their head into my knife. That is murder? Don't be arrogant. Even if a judge doesn't believe me because there is no proof that doesn't make it murder.

And the last word glitch is also involuntary. It's something in the game that cannot be avoided. It is not cheating. My analogy is cheating=murder and accident=involuntary manslaughter.
