I'd believe you if you had numbers/pictures, I highly doubt Up for anything did 28/29 Crit damage pre-1.1.1 because if it did you wouldn't be referring to it as "wasn't even good." It would have had around a .65s TTK rivalling guns that are now considered OP.
If you have a video or picture of the damage pre 1.1.1 I'd love to see it.
