Same boat, I've been playing since beta and still don't have Gjallarhorn while tons of scrubs I know have more then 1, some of them just started playing in January and already have Gjallarhorn. RNG is completely broken and illogical.

I just found one yesterday in the gorgon chest. I don't want to sound like everyone else on here and say just keep playing, but that's what worked for me.
