How could you possibly calculate "excess" super damage let alone turn that into an effective explosion if the damage used is excess!!!

I did, and this still makes no sense, so I am just gonna drop it, unless you reword the entire exotic perk than I am just going to ignore this post

Alright, say an enemy has 1000 health and your fist of havoc does 2000, 1000 damaged is used 2000-1000=1000 There is 1000 [b]excess[/b] damage, that damage is to be took and distributed as an AoE attack

I suppose that makes sense but it is utterly useless in PvP since everything in the radius of fist of panic is already dead LOL, but I do see PvE usage against majors
