Get2dachoppa is completely, 100% correct. It's a digital signal. You will absolutely not get a better signal from a $100 cable than a $5 cable. The picture will look exactly the same, or the sound will sound exactly the same. A digital signal either works, or it doesn't, plain and simple, end of story. The only advantage you gain by purchasing an expensive cable is the longevity or durability of the outer cable itself. It may last you a year or 2 longer, but at a huge price difference. Only you can determine if that's worth it for you or not. But don't be fooled into thinking Monster Cables give you the "best" audio or video signal, there's not a shred of truth to it. I've been in the business almost 30 years, guess what the highest margin % items are in my store?................cables.........
