Absolutely yes! Put them back the way they were and maybe even make guns like Silmar's Wrath, Atheon's Epilogue, etc., do better in PVE. My least favorite guns to use, pulse rifles & shotguns are now the most deadly.

Definitely, those HRoF rifles with low impact are useless.
