Heavy synths are not a weapon and IB is just about the most useful exotic in the game.

Only partially, it's not all opinion. If I said IB is ultimately better than NLB it's not just an opinion, it's a fact no matter how you look at it.

I've got the chance to use NLB it is not a bad gun for my run and gun style, it's not meant to be a positioned sniper, so yes it's an opinion
