Yeah its starts at lvl 70 and has a shit ton of powerful moves.

They're found deep in a cave in Victory Road as catching one is obviously a victory.

Do I need a Masturballz?

Masturballz obviously help but sometimes they can be "caught" with ultra balls or great balls

Will I need to use attract?

Attract is super effective however hypnotize also increases the catch rate by 50%

Ok so attract, sleep powder, harden, then pound over and over until it's low, then I capture it, sound good?
