You just need to have the glowhoo shader in your inventory.

Nope. I've beat crota 3 times a week every week it's been out so take that minus very first run and no crux. There's no secret it's just RNG

Yeah, but I believe that having glowhoo is a requirement.

You dont need it in your inventory. My glohoo was in my vault all 3 times i got mine.
