Like offline or single lobby? And well sometimes but most of the time it lets me yet i choose not too. It usually lags my game a bit for walking around and I rather that not happen.
Only time I log into multi is to just look at the other characters to get ideas for builds an stuff.

It makes me play single lobby is what I meant. It just servers are full

Hm. Ya it seems like they are now that they fixed the servers. If it's full I usually just exit to menu and then try again.
