Actually this was in some magizine artical, some people tried to pass a petition to congress to build a deathstar in space, duh, congress said it could take around 8-18 billion dollars in todays money to build

I will compromise: the second Death Star was funded by conservatives since it didn't even have to be finished and it was firing off at the fleet and had a faster firing rate.
