The Rapier has same perks with much better accuracy and range...and faster RoF.
The Iron Banner scout rifle has same perks as well, with better accuracy and range, and even more impact than the Rapier.
The Fang is Arc also, can have 27 in a magazine, more accurate, more range...
Those are all 331 damage. Hmm.
Fatebringer was king of its time, but the DLC brought better weapons. Same goes for Pretorian Foil. No one would use it after obtaining Light of the Abyss. Hell, no one used it anyways! Why use it when you could equip an Ice Breaker or Black Hammer!?
Everything sucks as a secondary after you have an Ice Breaker. But we're talking Pretorian Foil and why no one uses it. It's not that great compared to an Ice Breaker...or most other secondary weapons that are available.
Too slow for PvP. Not good enough to use over an Ice Breaker in PvE. That's why no one uses it.
When I use my Gjallarhorn in PvE...then Black Hammer or Light of the Abyss take the spot.
If you're talking PvP...then Plan C and Pocket Infinite are the go to choices.
For PvE...well, like I said....who compares which fusion rifle to use when everyone has an Ice Breaker already??
Pretorian Foil just isn't good enough to use in PvE or PvP. It doesn't stand out over the other options...
