Nope I happen to have had 3 hunters and got all raid gear with those 3 what up!!!!!

I xurned it and bannered it.... (using level 36 light level Iron banner gear and exotic chest plate)

The full raid gear and exotic helmet from a Nightfall would beg to differ... no Xûr involved.

With my current set up I technically didn't cause I got the chest piece from a nightfall (I'm not 32 yet, just new 5 more radiant shards)
