On PQ 15, is it complete RNG, or is there a hidden prerequisite to make the z-soul 'Popporunga pupiritiparo' drop?
Neither Freiza or Time Patrol guy want to, and I'm almost certain its not going to be a material I pick up.

When I was farming for dragon balls, I would get that z-soul all the time.

I am one o' the cursed I guess. But more power to you. I'm late on this game entirely. Not even 50 yet. But the grind continues

RNG all the way. I think the only non RNG items I have gotten are the material ones on all maps and Tapions sword. Talked to future trucks on a PQ and I think he gives it to you if you find him and talk to him. Don't even think it's in the list of items to get in the overview.

I was just not expecting this game to have this much of a grind. Not complaining, just unexpected. Only recently did I acquire that forsaken Giant Storm. Nappa hides like a b!tch
