EDIT: It's a one-hit to Oracles on hard and it's a very rare drop; more rare than an exotic in the chest.
EDIT: Don't argue about it being a one-hit on hard or not. just say you have the wonderful, one-hitting, trophy, fusion rifle.

Won't ever use it though as my shotgun was one shotting Oracle's anyway
