Played and beaten both Dark Souls games, on 360. Missed the boat on Demons Souls, sadly.
Dark Souls I got into after seeing it on TV Tropes, and figured I would like a difficult game. Took me months, but I beat it.
Gaping Dragon made me lay down my controller and walk away for a bit, just from its intro.
