Does anyone know if there is a reason as to why the last dragon ball won't drop for me? I understand it's RNG but it just seems like this last one is taking for ever to drop. Unless there's something special about the 4 star dragon ball I don't know about.

The 4 star seems to be more rare, getting it gives you an achievement.

While it may be random, its easier to get a Dragon Ball by getting an S rank or higher. That's almost a guaranteed chance right there.
