xur should sell Gjallahorn, why ?

But no Gjallahorn ... So i receive hate

Honestly my dude, if everybody had a gjallahorn, this game would be so broken and I think bungie realized that on the second week when xur was selling it. It should be a rare drop, as it is right now. If everyone has one, bungie would nerf the -blam!- out of it. Just rotate 3 characters with the nightfall, raid, and exotic chests. That's the legit way to do it and I promise you it will come soon.
