Depends on the question: Beyonce and Rihanna have better voices than Katy Perry's (well, maybe not Rihanna), but she's a better artist.
Overall, though, Gaga or bust.

Agreed. I've never been impressed with Katy perry's singing voice. I think Tay Tay Swift is a good little singer though. This will be unpopular, but I think Miley Cyrus has a good voice too(she had a range though). Is too bad she cut all her hair and got weird.... It made her a lot of money though.
