First Metro was immense. I've not played the second one yet, although I do have a copy of it. Does Redux add much?

Yeah I liked the first one more because of that reason. The Redux has all DLC included and it gives you the option of playing 2033 like Last Light, which is more of a shooter style, or vice versa, playing Last Light more like 2033, more like a survival horror game.
