Didn't think so, just a thought. Something of interest is that the door to VOG only closes after you retrieve the relics. It doesn't open again, could be nothing. This 6th chest either requires a coordinated effort to obtain e.g. retrieve both relics at once or is starting everyone in the face.

I think the only reason the vault door shuts when the Atheon encounter starts is to prevent opening the portal for the teleported players and then running back in to the hallway to hide from the supplicants. The door staying closed makes the encounter harder, and I think that's all there is to it.

Also the current chests are: 1. After opening the door to the raid 2. Spirit Bloom chest 3. After stopping the Templar from Teleporting 4&5. Inside the Gorgon's Labyrinth 6. Would have to be after the Labyrinth either the jumping puzzle area or the vault.

I wouldn't call the spirit bloom chest a raid chest because it is just a regular chest so maybe it activates a timer for a door or something of the sorts but this is just a guess
