Couldn't afford an exotic chest engram (I was 1 away). Did a strike 20 mins before xur left and got a blue engram. Then I went to the tower with xur still being there and turned it into a strange coin via Rahool (the merciful). Bought the exotic chest engram from xur and it turned into The Heart Of Praxic Fire.
