It's from Trials of Osiris that aren't out yet... No one has it.

wrong, one guy has it, deej gifted it to one loyal destiny player who even having multiple brain surgeries continued playing destiny because his dr. said it would be good for his brain to play first person shooters, there was a story on it several months back, he is the only player (besides devs) who have the weapon.
