so i start, i hate it when my idiot teammates take A on blindwatch, when we have fully establish B&C.why the -blam!- do you guys do this?
tactically speaking, THERE IS NO ADVANTAGES TO A FLAG!!!
it is in all purposes, a trap zone for teams that have C zone and a motivation for the A team zone to get C.i don't understand how you guys don't understand this.

5 RepliesYeah, Iron Banner is just no longer fun, even with a full team of friends. I love that Bungie's "highly competitive" playlist is really just a bunch of tryhards, hiding behind guns like Thorn, Suros Regime and Vex Mythoclast. Sure, they're some of the best guns in Crucible, but they also take very little skill to use effectively. I'd rather use guns that take a little more thought and precision, even if doing so puts me at a disadvantage. I'm really only playing this time to get the Scout Rifle, then I think I'll be done with Iron Banner forever. Unless Bungie implements some serious changes, like the following: 1) No exotic weapons allowed in Iron Banner 2) No one with k/d ratio of under 1.0 can access the IB playlist Then I'm done with this sad excuse for a competitive playlist.

1 ReplyI dunno...I've been raging significantly less this time around. I blame the fact that I've been enjoying my Efrideet's Spear a [i]little[/i] too much... Final Round is [b]amazing[/b]. Armor Piercing Rounds are [b]amazing[/b]. Having both in one Sniper Rifle? [b]Beautiful[/b].

I had a really bad day in IB I mainly try to keep at least a ~1.0 KDR just so I can reap the rewards of NM standing and other rewards But my average KDR dropped a whole whoppin 0.01 Not even oxyclean can wipe this frown off my face.

1 ReplyAny reason people think teamwork is not necessary at all in iron banner? If I had a medallion of iron for every game I lose due to poor teamwork. I'd have 56 medallions.

People that complain about people that use Thorn, Vex, or Suros. I seriously don't get it. They are guns in the game that everyone can get. I'm sure everyone has got the chance to get the thorn bounty by now... How about you try and do the bounty and get the gun. If it's too hard for you then you obviously suck at PVP in general. It took me a couple hours to get the bounty done. But before I had thorn or vex I still did good in IB always first or second. If you suck at PVP then you suck no matter what gun you have or the other team has. Seriously you cry like bitches.

People who insist on controlling all three points. You do not need all three. Take and hold two then kill ANYTHING that comes near them. Three on each point, spaced properly to cover each other, creates a near perfect win condition. That and AFK'ers. You don't want to participate? Don't ****ing join up. You crouching in a corner spinning in circles getting killed every five minutes does nothing but hurt the team and screw any chance of your "free" rewards.

2 RepliesIf you use thorn, suros, or vex you have NO cause to teabag. Players using other weapons can teabag you though. Exceptions: shotty and fusion campers.
