Best DPS is actually a combo of Weapons Of Light and a full clip of a 100 round machine gun, bullets making about 1000-1200 damage each, then you still have time for about 5-6 IB shots worth about 15000 each. Total damage of about 200.000. Have 5 people do that and you smoke him on one portal run as long as you get 20 seconds or more for the shield.
Easy peasy :)

Friendly reminder. dps is damage per second. 200,000 damage, you would have to divide by your time in seconds to get your dps.

A lvl 30 w/ ib n light does 19kish.

That's probably correct. The WoL multiplier is about 25%.

I thought dmg modifier applies up to the enemy lvl. Any lvls higher is than enemy base is made equal. Ex: lvl 30 does 100pct dmg to atheon. Lvl. 32 only does 100 pct since the dmg modifier ended on 30.

All my 32 does 19k when light is applied. Little under 15k of no light. Note this is maxe ib.
