I am 12 and when I do a raid I don't talk much because I don't want to be kicked so I do what people tell me to but it kinda sucks that I can't really communicate just because I am younger.

If you're saying helpful information, people won't kick you. People older than kids are condescending, but they aren't stupid. They know when something substantial is said.
