How so? I'm sure if people were guaranteed 400+ hours on a video game for $60 most people would happily buy it. Just because it is MMO-lite doesn't mean it's supposed to last forever and Bungie can't churn out content every week. His advice is to play another game, at least until HoW comes out. It makes sense to me...there isn't any other solution.
TL:DR: if you don't like a game anymore, stop playing it. If you got your money's worth, then why complain?
Because a persistent game like Destiny shouldn't get old. That's the whole point of persistent games. If it doesn't deliver on that promise, I haven't gotten my money's worth.
And no, content isn't the problem, the implementation is.
Then I say your expectations are too high. If 400 hours of enjoyment hasn't given you your money's worth, then you'll never be happy.
Also, this game is barely persistent. You have the tower and patrols - everything else is fire team based (minus minor areas in strikes and stories where you run through patrol areas). You could make everything instanced for players and their fire teams and I doubt anyone would care.
But it hasn't been 400 hours of enjoyment. Did you even read the article?
Exactly why the game has problems. You're literally just explaining to me why I'm right.
