what do you want as a new gun type in destiny
Be creative here there are no wrong ideas.
I would like the Spartan laser to be a weapon personally, just called something different "Charge Rifle" was a name I had in mind

Sniper rifle heavy weapon Scout rifle special weapon that hits like a truck (dmr) A non weapon item taking primary weapon or special weapon slot that has some sort buff to to some stat armor or otherwise.
