I would like something that's like a spartan laser for a heavy, it doesn't pick up heavy ammo but just has a long re charge

if they did something like this it would probably only have one shot and have a very LONG recharge time.

I do like the idea though. I kinda wish they had something like the plasma rifle from halo and the fuel rod cannon. Also is it just me, i know the scout rifle is suppose to be like a DMR, but to me it doesn't feel like one.
