What does this "" mean??? (Copied and pasted from some random.)
I always randomly see this symbol and have no idea what it means or where it comes from (or how it is typed for that matter).
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN.
EDIT: Thanks for the answer boys. Kind of silly that people try to use emojis on the Bungie forums. I have the emoji keyboard too. Don't people realize that it doesn't work lol?

It's an emoji that Bungie doesn't load in. So if you use and emoji keyboard, that's what it's going to look like. See: 😃

Some Emoji icon that you're phone doesn't load because of reasons. It doesn't mean anything, really. It might be a face, or a thumbs up, or a heart, or something else just as negligible.
