I stick to college teams since I played lacrosse at umass but as far as box lacrosse goes the rochester knight hawks are great and in major league lacrosse I get to see a lot of ny lizards play (paul rabil just joined the team he's hands down my favorite current lax player going back to his time at Hopkins)

Box is a lot better to watch compared to field but I'll have to start watching college lacrosse now...

Box is a lot more fun it's far more intense and the hits rival hockey to me however there is nothing better then playing a game on a field during the months of May June and July
