Absolutely nailed it...well said, Guardian
"Earned" is one of the single most overused words on these forums. The vast majority of the time people use it to describe something that is pure RNG, and therefore just luck. BUT, if there is one section of this game where you CAN use the word, it's for Iron Banner...the Mother if All Grinds in this game.

Iron banner is where I really feel like I earn gear. Even with the random drops, you have to be a certain rank for it to drop so it still feels "earned" (not as much as straight up buying it though).
