Earn? It's RNG, it's all luck. There's no warning exotics, other than the bounties that still require to get that bounty. But the only thing people can earn are weapons that have specific drops, and you still need luck to get it. Like fatebringer, you kill the Templar on hard, maybe once or ten times, but that's earning. Exotics are pure luck
