Edited by EnterrrShikarii: 1/11/2015 5:28:26 PMAnd it also has a quick reload after kill perk.. and almost maxed out stability if you choose it (or field scout) and glass half full perk. The grim citizen is a great gun but it still has nothing on the original Vanquisher VIII.

Umm... Original grim citizen had quick reload and spray and play so the reload when empty was nearly instantaneous. Combine that with persistence and you have a great spraying gun.
