No. Queen's bounty was horrible. And they got rid of the only reason people wanted to do it (getting shards from armour). I say create a new PVE event. Something that has some kind of new element. Not like Eris, though I like having the blades of Crota being on the moon and earth, though I find myself hardly visiting Venus or Mars anymore, so add something that has new elements, and variety

I think if they would just offer some decent leg weapons as rewards then it would be worth it.

It was one of their first events, cut them some slack, they didn't know what people would do. At this point, after throwing a million IBs at us, they know how to prevent it

also normal shards are pretty much useless for people closing in (or being) 32... they could just enable that again
