What do you think "Forge of Gods" DLC will be about.
I'm just really curious, I like Destiny Lore so I would LOVE to hear your theories.
I think Forge of Gods is about the creation of the traveler and why it is giving us technology and helping us. Probably the raid is about killing the traveler since there is people that say the traveler is EVIL, and is just using us to help it self, making it selfish.
Anyways that's all I got, hope to read your theories soon.

Just thought you would want to know.[/quote] I checked that out, and I confirmed that what he said is correct since I have a bunch of video clips saved of me playing each strike for the first time, and luckily I checked that cave back then. So FOG will be something about a drill/mine and they will find something? We are not sure yet.

Forge of the gods is a cabal based dlc where the pisons are askimg for help since they are an enslaved race by the cabal

The reason why is because Antheon was made by the vex to be like crota/oryx (can't remember in grimoire) a hive god. My personal opinion is we may have to fight another vex creation one beyond Antheon. Disclaimer any lore I stated can be found on your own.

4 RepliesAlot points to that it will be cabal-based, we've tried to stop them sending signals back home, but it still was sent. My hope is that we get to leave our solar system (kind of like we left azeroth for outworld in Wow) to fight the cabal empire at their homefront.

I think we will be fighting the emperor of the cabal in this dlc, because in one mission in the taken king your ghost says something about the cabal getting a mission to crash their ship into the dreadnought to blow up its power core and it was send by the head of the cabal empire

Hoping for something about forging weapons and the like. I'd love to get my hands on a Cabal Heavy Slug thrower. 1 giant clip like swords that you can fire till its empty? Yes please!

3 RepliesYou do the vault of glass backwards then a super charged phalanx spawns and smacks you to another galaxy the raid starts and you travel moon to moon completing mini raids themed to each enemy type. The bosses are : giant dreg, giant thrall, giant harpy, giant psion. Until you reach the end when a new enemy is revealed. As you're about to kill it, a giant cabal colossus (bigger than kings fall oryx)with armor made of taken phalanx shields and mini guns on each eye and shoulder mounted heat seeking nova bomb launchers spawns. Then the speeker betrays you and gets killed by Osiris then the traveler emps the universe so now you have no shield, super, grenades/abilities, can't sprint, and the only weapon you have is a 20 damage No Land. If you beat it somehow you get 1/2 of a glimmer and error code prune

Now that the fleets are rallied and in our solar system, they take the opportunity to take over and rule. Their arrogance and undisputed power makes the Cabal think that [i]"when"[/i] they take over their race will immortalized and looked up to as Gods amongst the other races (Humans, Awoken, Hive and Fallen). The Raid, will be to kill their emperor and destroy the commanding ship, in turn scattering the leaderless fleet back to ever the hell they came from. Cabal will then have a new word for "retreat". That's the way I see it panning out.

I hope the next dlc is about the cabal as they're the only enemy that havent had explained about them, original game gave backgroung on vex, DB gave background on hive, HoW gave background on fallen/awoken, TTK gave more background on hive....seems to me that next they should give some background on the cabal
