Check the perks at the quartermaster first..... Last time I looked it had pretty awful perks. I got one from a drop and got very lucky, it had Hip Fire and Send It.

If you get it from a drop, its better but I would recommend buying it. "The Fall Will Probably Kill You" Just in case if you didn't know.
