RUNESCAPE - What level were you? What items did you have?
If you think you are grinding in Destiny, you should have seen how it was in Runescape lol. MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF XP PER SKILL.
Would you play Runescape if it came to Xbox/Playstation lol? And had REAL graphics. The #1 player was Zezima in RS2 for a while.
I played Runescape 2 in like 2006, 8th grade with all of my friends. You had to watch out for trading scammers lmao.
I was mainly a ranger/wizard hybrid at level 88, and loved it. I even had a Robin Hood hat which was like a few million GP.
I remember being a Lumbridge noob, and then questing throughout the lands for items.
I remember Castle Wars, and the various armors/weapons, from picking either Zamarok, Saradomin, or Guthix.
SO MANY WAYS TO MAKE $. I mostly mined or crafted. Pvp in the wilderness was pretty fun haha until clans destroyed you.
AND THE DROP PARTIES. POPPING BALLOONS AND GETTING BIG ITEMS. Wave2: Buying rune scimmy, 100K.
So, if you did play it, what did you have? When did you play? What level were you? (i.e. combat, + your skills)
DAMN, MOST OF YOU WERE LEVEL 100+ with 50+M. I only had like 8m lmao :(
I MISS THE QUESTS. SO MANY. AND PVP WAS FUN IN THAT.

I played it like 6-8 years ago when "classic" was super futuristic. I cant even remember. I just remember being a member and going into the little samd battle arena where you fought other players and it was like really exclusive or something idk.

1 ReplyQuit last year. Couldn't get back into 07 scape cause it was too time consuming. I personally didn't like what they did with RS3. I was 107 combat with 99 strength and range. Those were the days

Ohhh the grind. Remember pures guys? 99 str 1 def 99 atc I wore full iron armour and had a rune 2H. Then pure mage, pure archer on RS2. When they took PVP away, I quit to play COD haha

The community was/is full of idiots and elitists, which makes the game barely enjoyable. I found Destiny and I loved it, I don't care about grinding in here as long as I enjoy playing ♡ Edit: Actually I quit in September, logged two months ago to give away my bank.

Don't play much anymore other than holiday events and double xp, but back in the day I played it as much as my parents allowed. All my friends just outgrew it though, so no reason to play anymore even though it's a lot more enjoyable to play now. (It's really easy now, imo)

1 ReplyIf RS came to XB and PS... I would play it. They could definitely make that much more money if they made the game right !!! The grinds are intense... But I bet people would be disappointed due to Elder Scrolls and I believe they would make it a Pay to play deal... The game should be playable through an APP on all devices thhrough WiFi. I'd pay 5 bucks a month to play RS wherever I'm at.

Lvl 135, 537m, 5 lvl 99s. Range, defence, prayer, herblore, construction. Total lvl 2000+. Total xp 120m-ish. Played Runescape for years on and off. There's no other nightmare to grind in lmao.

The glory days were 2D aka Classic RS! Party Hats were ridiculously expensive for no -blam!-ing reason besides rarity! I grinder the -blam!-ing hell out of that game back in 6th grade hahaha. Mining smithing stregth... PK'ers for life!

Quit back in 2012 after all the new ingame purchases were coming out, but was lvl 132 or so with 99 hp, dungeoneering, construction, farming, mining, smithing, woodcutting, crafting, runecrafting and a few others I can't recall offhand. Good (albeit grindy) times.

I tried the 1st one , a friend from Diablo 2 recommended it. I played for maybe 45 minutes. It wasn't my style, I think I was digging holes or something.

I was 132 before the whole combat thing. Played for about 9 years. Had over 80m gold and over 2k total (was good at the time) 80+ on every skill.

Played from october 2006 - chrismas 2009(got ps3 and quit) . And from early 2013 to christmas 2013(got ps4 and quit again). Im currently max total level with 120 dg and had comp cape
