The Black Hammer needs a nerf
It's fųcking stupid that the Black Hammer can have infinite ammo. Bungie, weapons should be balanced. They should not have [i]any[/i] advantages over others, they should be completely equal. Nerf this OP weapon or I'm done with this train wreck of a game.

Pure idiocy... every gun should shoot potatoes. These potatoes should all do the same damage. Every weapon needs to reload at the same speed as well. This way no one is OP...

You try scoring 3 consecutive shots in pvp with that weapon. It's designed for pve, and you usually only get the ammo regen against bosses.

Then just quit!NO ONE CARES! And besides you have to be accurate with the gun not just spam it and is why it only carries 3 bullets in the magazine....and it's only good for PVE,also there are much more"BROKEN" weapons yet this one you cry about:/

If the chest isnt there on the first part just wipe until it does. Took me 3 wipes before it popped up directly to the left

2 RepliesIt rewards critical shots. It doesn't just had you ammo for nothing. IB and invective run on a timer. So I save what? 30ish seconds I would just be sitting somewhere waiting on regen by getting head shots? Sure nerf it. I'll just go back to the other methods of getting unlimited ammo.

The black hammer does not affect you in anyways...negatively. If anything, it helps you get things done faster...even if you aren't the one with it. Additionally, weapons should be balanced but they don't need to be completely equal. Black Hammer is a raid weapon...only those high level enough to do the raid can get it...and it only drops from Crota. I know Crota has been quite easily downed but that is another debate. The black hammer is a risk vs reward weapon...it is great if you are a head hunter, it isn't so great when you are being swarmed...it certainly isn't helpful in this week's nightfall where the omnigoul flies around everywhere. I don't understand your general displeasure at this weapon. Please explain the origin of such hostility so that the community may better understand what is troubling you.
