PS4 - Restart Mission Issue
Restarting a mission on anything but the default difficulty is impossible without some tricks.
As soon as you switch difficulties, restart is switched to resume.
To really restart a mission on a Heroic difficulty, you need to restart it on default, load into it, leave to orbit, then start again with heroic difficulty.
