Your worst RNG moment?
Hey guys! I decided to start a thread and see what everyone's worst moment was when dealing with RNG?
[b]Mine:[/b] Spent half an hour farming glimmer that i needed to upgrade my Heart of the Praxic Fire to 2.0. Then broke down a Patience and Time to get an exotic shard, and i bought the upgrade. Then went and immediately did the nightfall, and what do you think my roll was at the end? Heart of the Praxic Fire 2.0..........

Edit: Looks like we've hit 1,000+ replies! I don't know if that's a good thing or a depressingly sad thing that we've all had such terrible luck. Lol either way, keep em comin' guys!
Edit: Wow! 2,000+ replies! Judging from the number of replies to my thread about your "best RNG moment," i'd say we all have more bad luck than good with this game. Lol

Did the Omnigul strike with two friends. Had a bit of trouble so it took a while, but we made it. So while we're waiting I tell them how a friend of mine apparently ran nightfall and got nothing out of it; there is a possible "no rewards" outcome. Strike ends. rewards pop up and my friend got nothing I felt so bad XD

I went and soloed Crota on normal after I saw the legend himself solo it(Before hard mode was released).. I got a no land beyond for doing it..

Got a legendary engram from doing nightfall and went to decrypt it and got my second no land beyond

There were only two of us that started in R and both of our primaries were full, so we rushed to the postmaster, the other got Hawkmoon and I got my 4th VoC. Never have I been so close yet so far.

So I was helping my friend do crota, and he isn't very good at this game but very lucky, so we are doing it, we kill crota and I got BLACK HAMMER! But sadly I saw that he got ghorn... [spoiler]but I got my ghorn this morning from an engram so I'm happy.[/spoiler]

Always get to exotic chest first in VoG and always get energies. Thought I'd wait and go second this week and first guy opened it and recieved gally. Just turned my ps4 off.

My first 7 Crota's End runs. I earned 5 weapons, each after defeating Crota - 5 Hunger's of Crota. The 8th run I found Blackhammer. That same run, my raid buddy finished his Crota's End collection, along with Hardlight.

Bought a suros regime from xur sometime last year and the next week I got it from nightfall.

I only had enough strange coins to buy one thing from Xür. He had a could things that I wanted but decided to go with The Last Word since everyone is in love with it. I then did VoG hard and got tlw as a reward for killing Atheon.

Got NLB yesterday on my first nightfall with my fresh warlock. #bestweaponever thank you RNGesus.

So I get 10 ascendant shards from my first nightfall of the week, a legendary heavy weapon engram in my second, and a weak legendary auto rifle(which I don't use anyway) in my last. I decode the engram and it's 3 ascendant energy. The very next week I get virtually the same thing.
