Your worst RNG moment?
Hey guys! I decided to start a thread and see what everyone's worst moment was when dealing with RNG?
[b]Mine:[/b] Spent half an hour farming glimmer that i needed to upgrade my Heart of the Praxic Fire to 2.0. Then broke down a Patience and Time to get an exotic shard, and i bought the upgrade. Then went and immediately did the nightfall, and what do you think my roll was at the end? Heart of the Praxic Fire 2.0..........

Edit: Looks like we've hit 1,000+ replies! I don't know if that's a good thing or a depressingly sad thing that we've all had such terrible luck. Lol either way, keep em comin' guys!
Edit: Wow! 2,000+ replies! Judging from the number of replies to my thread about your "best RNG moment," i'd say we all have more bad luck than good with this game. Lol

1 ReplyRunning crota on normal then hard. Got 6 cruxes before I got my first black hammer. Checked my grim card, said I had 124 completions when it finally dropped. Don't even ask how many NLBs, Dragon Breaths and Universal Retards I got in that time.

2 RepliesWhen the don't touch me's came out from xur for the first time i got so excited. I bought it from him right away. I also needed the gun he was selling at the time for my collection (dragons breath). I could only get the gloves. So like an idiot I look to the right and see he's selling glove engrams. Bought 2 of those bad boys and they were both don't touch me's. Each one was a better roll though. So no gun and 3 of the same gloves only because I couldn't contain my excitement.

Played since day realease collecting every exotic in the game. About 4 months ago had every exotic except Truth. I end up getting it 10 mins before xur appears and sells it.

2 RepliesI helped a random scrub in nightfall and while he died 15 times I had to go invis to rez to then continuously carry him to the end, when the loot came he got The Bones of EAO. I got a shitty scout rifle . deleted him cause I didn't believe how hard RNG just F u ck ed me.

Buys no land beyond from xur because it looks cool. Try it out and come to realize that it s*cks. Shard it.... And receive it every month as punishment.

Played 2 nightfalls got 2 one/one scout rifles and right after that I opened a legendary engram and got another one/one, RNG is the worst. Rest assured I told them where they could stick that scout rifle. Worst part is it made me feel like running those nightfalls was a complete waste.

I went the whole week without getting any exotics, and decided to go on my titan to spin the last exotic rolls for the week (crota hard mode) and the 1 exotic I get that entire week is Truth, the day before Xur sold it. I was pissed
