Your worst RNG moment?
Hey guys! I decided to start a thread and see what everyone's worst moment was when dealing with RNG?
[b]Mine:[/b] Spent half an hour farming glimmer that i needed to upgrade my Heart of the Praxic Fire to 2.0. Then broke down a Patience and Time to get an exotic shard, and i bought the upgrade. Then went and immediately did the nightfall, and what do you think my roll was at the end? Heart of the Praxic Fire 2.0..........

Edit: Looks like we've hit 1,000+ replies! I don't know if that's a good thing or a depressingly sad thing that we've all had such terrible luck. Lol either way, keep em comin' guys!
Edit: Wow! 2,000+ replies! Judging from the number of replies to my thread about your "best RNG moment," i'd say we all have more bad luck than good with this game. Lol

Farming flakes for the Moldering Shards, did the raid and the game just ended up giving me boots that i already received in the Warpriest fight and they werent even high leveled than the Warpriest ones.

Waiting forever to get a SUROS Regime, Xur finally sells it, I immediately jump into a nightfall after buying it, SUROS Regime drops. Same thing happened with Thunderlord. The only difference was I bought the Thunderlord (I think this was my last exotic in my collection for year one other than Necro) and a couple days later it dropped from the VOG chest. Next week, it drops again from the VOG chest and from a Nightfall. Was quite pissed.

Best RNG moment: Had 54 strange coins with XUR selling chest ingrams. Really want an Alchemist Rainments just because it looks cool. Spend 19 strange coins ...280 crest of alpha lupi. Wtf I'm on my warlock? Ok down to 35 coins Spend another 19 strange coins...280 voidfang. Already have it in 290. Down to 16 coins. Dang not enough coins. Wait I have bounties! Turn in bounties, have exactly 19 strange coins. Spend last 19 strange coins. Boom 310 alchemist rainments. Thank you RNGesus

How about screen says "reconnecting.." just as we were about to kill Oryx, then when I'm finally back with my team, all I can see is a black screen.. Got to tower to find out that all I got were 2 smoldering shards lol

Vog, nothing but shards and energies the whole raid. Get to atheon and get shards and the scooter. Wanted a icebreaker so bad, next day xur sells icebreaker so I bought 3, stoked all my guys have a icebreaker. Tuesday comes 2 out of 3 nightfalls drop a icebreaker..... was pissed.
