YOUR WORST LOOT DROP EXPERIENCE!
Seriously, what was the most gut-wrenching, soul-destroying post-game reward scenario you've been in?
Example:
[i]Today, I began a Roc Strike and the rest of my team left. It was the Winter's End strike, so I continued on solo.
I managed to get all the way to the Archon Priest, when two other Guardians joined me. I was happy, cuz I knew it would have been a grind otherwise. 3 minutes later, we kill him.
The reward screen comes up. One of them had 22 kills, and one had 9. I myself had 183 kills. AND WHAT DOES THE 9-ER GET? NO LAND BEYOND![/i]
What is your tale of woe? True story btw.
[b]EDIT[/b]: I didn't have plans to play with NLB, I just wanted it for my collection.
[b]EDIT 2[/b]: To all people who complain about having [i]multiple[/i] exotics, but not the one they want; two things: Get in line, and, Exotic Shards.
[b]EDIT 3[/b]: I bought NLB from Xur while he was here. Still a little miffed, but I feel better now.

So, I was in a PvP match, came top of the leaderboard, around 7000 score fore my team, we won. After my celebration, I look at the kill feed and I see someone got a Gjallarhorn. Guess who? It was the guy at the bottom of my team, who went 0 and 10. IT'S COMPLETE BULLSHIT. Also, I was doing Roc strikes, and the same guy, who got less than 22 kills each strike, and did nothing to help us, got a legendary special engram, and the next one, he got a new legendary shitp. FIX YOUR DAMN LOOT SYSTEM, BUNGIE

VOG Hard this week. The first time I've done it. Mats and the Timebreaker. I had that busted gut feeling and it was only my first time. I can't imagine what those guys and gals felt like doing it week after week and not getting crap. Uggg. Crota was a bit nicer. I got legs for my Hunter on the second part. Hoping to beat Crota tonight.

Beat the nightfall with a friend, I had more kills than he did and it rewarded me with 10 ascendant shards and him with 11

Last week I got: (between 3 chars) Song of ir yût Hunger of crota Light of the abyss Warlock boots and gloves Hunter boots Titan boots Misc radiant mats This week: Black hammer Misc radiant mats. They definitely -blam!-ed up the drop rate in this weeks patch. Though I wanted BH, I wanted a chest and helmet too =\

My first Hard VOG win saw 3 mythos drop, the others got exotics too but I got chatter , a sparrow and shards.

I had done the nightfall already and noticed that my friends third person had dropped out so I decided to help them out. When we get to the end I of course get no rewards but THEY BOTH GET EXOTICS. PLAN C AND -blam!-ING DRAGONS BREATH. I was so done

This nightfall... Got the Helm of Inmost light 2.0 all while wearing my helm of Inmost light 2.0 maxed. Then i ran the raid last night, and for the 5th week in a row... 2 Ascendant Energies, and 9 Ascendant shards. Thanks RNG

It's not one specific experience, but I have never gotten an legendary engram to drop during a mission/patrol/strike/anything. I've gotten them as rewards for Rahool of course, but not actually "in the field"

4 RepliesThe entire VOG... Ran about 10 times with hunter.... Got nothing but the raid boots about 8 times. No other raid gear.

When I was doing the vog I got ascendant shards all the way through, even the chests, and at Atheon I got more shards and a chatterwhite. I honestly was so confused,i wasn't even mad. Just confused.

My worst loot drop experience is every loot drop. I've never once had a good loot drop.

Any time I don't get anything nice, is my worst loot experience.

4 RepliesRan Crota's End with the most awesome group ever! It only took us like 30 minutes or so it felt. I got Radiant Shards from every single chest and drop point. Now, I do need them but I was hoping for more. I don't think drops should be a piece or materials but a mix of both at the same time.
