I understand why they don't have both, but the major problem is the lack of PvE vendors. RNG is a nice bonus when it hits, but I prefer tje ability to buy from vendors since it gives me a clear goal to work towards. Either the factions need to accept Vanguard Marks, or Bungie needs to add more PvE vendors.
