Simple solution to this problem would be if the Crucible and Vanguard items like Cloaks or Bonds transferred Rep and Marks the way Dead Orbit, FWC ect does as well. Problem solved.
Why don't you like PvP if I may ask?

it broken and people cheat. Lag switchers, and even lag in general is horrid.

Lag can be bad sometimes. But I have over 8000 kills in Control and never run into a cheater...

Still isn't a valid argument against someone not enjoying PVP. Why don't you like farming? Do you find it boring and tedious? Well some people feel the same about PVP.
